To request our services, clients can fill out the contact form or contact us directly via email or phone. Confirmation is done via email or signed contract.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are customized based on client needs and communicated in the offer. Payment is made via bank transfer as per contract terms.

7. Service Delivery

Delivery terms are established in the contract and vary by project complexity. We commit to meeting agreed deadlines.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from contract conclusion for unexecuted services, per OUG 34/2014.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws. For client projects, full ownership of the source code and graphics is transferred to the client only after full payment of all invoices related to the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or other prejudice from using our services. We explicitly disclaim responsibility for data loss caused by the client or downtime/issues arising from third-party hosting providers or platforms.

11. Warranty and IT Support

The terms of IT Support are detailed in the individual contract. Standard support includes bug fixes for delivered code within 30 days. Standard response time is 24-48 business hours unless otherwise specified in an SLA.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page and effective immediately.
